Clean Slate provides professional cleaning, organization, and decluttering services for residential and commercial properties located within Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
All quotes provided by Clean Slate are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found upon arrival. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access the property and no prior notice was given, the appointment may be charged as a cancellation.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Satisfaction claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a return visit.
Clean Slate is fully insured. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of service. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for that visit.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not disclosed prior to service, or damage resulting from improper storage of client property.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
